Default How cute are these (boys' clothes)!

As my boys get older, it gets harder and harder to find them any cute clothes (esp. for my almost 8 year-old who wants to live in athletic pants and soccer t-shirts). I've had my eye out for something cute for a spring, outdoor photo session, and look at this! I think these are great--fun colors, cool patterns, and certainly not babyish. I might even be able to convince ds#1 to wear the guitar shirt. Oh, but the prices! Man, oh man. Doesn't work too well in this economy!

Nice stuff . And thanks to your post I noticed the new (at least to me) larger sizes that Tea Collection now offers.

Prices are ouch as always with TC. No way I'd dress 2 kids head-to-toe in Tea. Maybe just get t-shirts and combine them with generic khaki shorts?

Exactly what I was thinking. I could get the shorts at Old Navy or Gap (with the 30% off for F & F). And I believe you can get 20% a first order online with tea collection (and then 4% additional going through ebates). I may have ordered something from them once, but I think it was 5 years ago. I probably would be okay now.

I love Tea for boys. But my 8 year old has grown out of their size 8. I feel like their shirts run a little small.

My MIL got an outfit in 2T for my son who wears 2T in other brands with plenty of room, but it was way too small. I might try a larger size of that outfit, because it was really cute and is on sale!

Tea runs SMALL.

My 8 month old DD wears 12 months in most brands, but the 12-18 month size in Tea barely fits her.

Size up 1-2 sizes.

Thanks for the heads-up about sizing. My 7, almost 8 year-old is small for his age (he typically wears a size 6). My 5 year-old is tiny too and wears a size 4.

So maybe I'd go with a 7 and a 5.
