Default NE mammas Canobie Lake Park or 6 Flags for 4 yo

DS LOVES rides. Did Everest etc at Disney. He turns 4 tomorrow and was planning on taking him to Canobie Lake Park but in looking at their site, I think he might prefer 6 Flags. Drive time is 1 hr to Canobie Lake and 1.5 to 6 Flags (not a big deal to me). It is just the 2 of us. He is very tall for his age so could do most rides.
Long shot but any thoughts?
TIA!

Just an FYI,

I saw some Canobie Lake coupons at our local McDonalds.

We took our two boys to Canobie last month and had a lot of fun! Most rides are either for kids under 48" or over 48". My 6yr old ds is 49 inches but was able to go on both the kiddie rides and some of the "big" rides. He did find some too scary though. They especially loved the flume, bumper cars, smaller roller coaster, tea cups and ferris wheel.

Let me know if you have any other questions about it

I took my then 3 yo to Canobie last summer. We will go again this year. She was able to ride a lot of rides on her own (parents walk them on, strap them in, get off, and helo them off when it's done) and she loved it. The "kiddie" rides though are all the same, merry go round type but different vehichles, fire truck, boats, coach and horse etc. They all just go in circles. A few like the dumbo ride. They had the swings where your feet hang down.

Costco has Canobie passes for $23.99, which is the cheapest I've found. I thought AAA did a discount but I couldn't find it on line.
