Problem with CB from Fatwallet??

Anybody else had problems with cashback from Fatwallet? It was my first time using them, but 2 orders I placed a month ago have not shown up. I was going to contact them, but that form you have to fill out makes me just want to forget about it!

i have received tons of CB from fatwallet without issue. you need to be careful about your session timing out sometimes w/any of the CB sites. so i always shop, add everything to my cart, THEN click through the CB site and checkout.

that is why I kept not getting mine from Vitacost. I could never figure out why.

Fatwallet has always been great to me. I just bought something this week and got a notification a day or so later.

I've been using FW for years and in general have not had a problem with them. I've only had CB denied once because I used a coupon code. There were several times when I didn't receive the CB and filled out the form online. They have always credited me immediately when they received the form. The form looks long, but it's really not that bad to fill out. At most a couple of minutes. You do have to do it within a certain number of days. (I think 60 or maybe 90.)

I don't have time to check most of the time to see if I got everything I clicked through for. I just realized that I missed a big chunk from FW for a boden order, so I filled out the form, but alas, it was past 60 days, too late.

I'm pretty sure I had all my stuff in the cart first, but oh well...at least, the cashback wasn't for a large amount.
