Hi,
I just saw a new toddler/booster seat at Toys R Us called the FP Futura 20/60. It is forward-facing only for children 20-60 lbs and has a tray with a cup holder, but the interesting thing about it is that it uses a harness all the way to 60 lbs. All of the other boosters that I have seen are simply belt-positioning boosters--you have to stop using the harness once the child reaches 40 lbs. Does anyone own or know anything about this seat? My son will be 3 in August, but he's been over 40 lbs since May. It would be great if we could use a booster with a harness, because he can wriggle much more in his belt-positioning booster. It just doesn't seem very safe. But I hate to buy a brand-new product without knowing anything about it. Thanks, K |
