Fisher Price Stay in View - compatability issues

Does anybody know whether the Fisher Price Stay in View infant car seat attaches to (1) the Peg Perego Pliko Sherpa stroller (with universal attachment bar), (2) the Snap n Go, and/or (3) the Kolcraft version of the Snap n Go? Also, does the Stay in View attach to a shopping cart (the Baby Bargains book says on page 319 that it does, but Fisher Price customer service says that it doesn't and the box for the product is silent on the issue)? Finally, can you attach the Stay in View to the back of a car without the base (so that you don't have to purchase a second base for a second car)? Thanks!
