instructions for valco twin runabout?

My new Valco twin runabout arrived last week and I discovered the instructions are woefully incomplete. I was able to get the stroller put together ok, but there are all these different straps hanging from various places with no indication of what their purpose is. Also, the stroller came with a whole box of parts and tools that were never mentioned in the assembly instructions, which makes me a little nervous. Does anyone know where I can find a more complete instruction manual than the little 2-page booklet that comes with this stroller? Or is there anyone with experience with this stroller who can help me figure out what all these different straps and parts are for? TIA...
