Default Solids--how do I prevent LO from getting food on her clothes?

How do I prevent LO from getting her food everywhere--especially on her clothes? I've seen the long sleeve bibs, but do those get hot (now that it's summer?)? The bibs we have protect the front of her fine, but she'll put her hands in her lap and then it's on her pants or she'll rub her hands together and get it on her sleeves or even the sides of her shoulders

I can wash her body, but the food stains her clothes often. And I don't want to strip her naked for every meal. I do once in a while, but it's a pain to do it every time. What do other people do?

Thanks.
