One more reason I love HA!
I picked up the wrong size socks (and not my first choice color- blue/yellow) when I was at the store last. Since the closest store to my house is about 1,000 miles I had to return them via mail. I wrote a note about how dissappointed I was that the pink/green socks were sold out they found me a pair!!!! And they still refunded my shipping. How great is that!
