Fingers crossed
Making lemon raspberry cupcakes for Easter and since I have never made them I just did a trial run. I am ready to start the buttercream when I see the first step is cream butter....wait....what butter?
I used all the butter in.the.cake!!! Dangit!!
So I am baking this cake (I skipped the cupcake step) with 3 sticks of butter (it's supposed to have 1) in it and darn it....it better be good.
