I'm still in shock. I bought four swaddling blankets from someone other than A&A website. After washing for the first time I noticed a long string and small hole in one of them. I emailed customer service and within 2 hrs they had replied saying they would replace but that the print I had was discontinued on their website and to pick another. I sent them the one I wanted along with the info they requested. I assumed they were sending one blanket, as I had just picked a print from one of the sets I liked. I got my replacement today and they sent a whole new set!! They sent me four new swaddling blankets for a snag and small hole in one. They were wonderful. I will definitely be buying from them again. They really back their products.

Wow that's great. I just bought some from baby steals and can't wait for them to arrive.
