Britax B-ready @ BuyBuyBaby

So the BBB website has the b-ready's for $400 and the second seats for $100. The pictures look like 2011 (based on the wheels). So I called the store to find out what they have in stock. She says that they have only twilight and black 2012. No 2011s. Hmmm... I guess I'll have to go check it out to see if it really is a 2012 b/c that would be AMAZING with my 20% coupon.

Online price may be different than instore price. But if not and they let you use the coupon (sometimes britax is excluded) then that would be an awesome deal!

I also just saw a 2011 on clearance at Wayfair.com for $322 while looking for a Bee+:

called the store and they said same price $400
my coupon has a bunch of exclusions but britax isn't one of them. ill have to check it out soon!

My local BBB has the 2011 for 399 and the 2012 for 499. Tried them both out tonight.

How about a coupon code for ordering online? Any tips?

ye i just saw that online friday - 2012 for 499 but my store said they won't have it in until the end of May. You tried them both out AND....

In termsof coupons for online, you can sign up for bed bath and beyond email list and they sometimes send 20% coupon for one online item or 1 in store item. I don't remember how often they are but most of the strollers are on the bed bath website also.

DH was in a hurry so I only got to put DS in the 2nd seat on both and push them around for a few seconds. I tried putting DS into the main seat and he wasn't having any of it. He could sense DHs impatience. We aren't quite to the point of needing a double yet but the recent B-Ready threads had me intrigued so I had to try it out. In a few more months I'll start looking more seriously. So until then I'll keep reading everyone else's reviews here.

OK I DID IT!!!

Went to the BBB, tried it out to make sure I didn't walk into the reclined 2nd seat, made sure the fold was doable and bought it. They only had twilight and black so I went with the twilight. It came to $477 with tax for both seats together. I figured that's pretty decent.

One main point to mention is - both floor models that were out were squeaking. So annoying. The guy working there said, yeah, they squeak. I tell customers that.

So do I use it anyway & if it gets really annoying buy the new wheels or complain to CS? Or just wait for a good deal on 2012?

awesome! Have you tried it out with both seats yet? Is it pretty easy to push? Can't get it out of my head... think I may need to try it out in person.
