Help looks like chemical burn

For some reason I have blotchy red spots on my face that are so red that it looks like a chemical burn. I'm very pale and always wear sunscreen so it's not a sunburn. It's raw and burns a little. Is this a weird pregnancy thing? I haven't used any new products or eaten anything or anywhere new.
