If it were me, I'd rear-face her again as 25lbs is tiny. DS2 just turned 3 last month and I thought he was a lightweight at just 30lbs. He is still rf'ing and will be till he reaches the limit of his seat (35lbs).

Amazon has this evenflo for $35. It's only good to 35 lbs RF but for $35 it will last plenty long until your dd fits better in the frontier.

As the pp said I would switch her back to RF. She is so teeny and you won't have any sleeping neck problems in that position.
