I guess it depends on what you consider super easy, but I think these are a cinch and they are delicious. I especially love the bourbon variation.

I agree about what is considered easy
I feel an apple galette is easy enough.
So, is ice cream and fresh cut fruit.

I am so making this for my husband's birthday. I tease him about his fondness for Tang all the time. I won't be able to eat it, but I am not a tang fan.

Bourbon in a blondie? I know my family would love that! The other variations look good, too.

Just "made" (if you can call it that, b/c it was so easy!) the choc chip/whipped cream and Dump cake receipes for a pot luck for tomorrow. I have had the latter before, but not the former. The kids are super excited to try it tomorrow.

Default S'mores Graham Krispie Treats

These were a huge hit. I used Mom's Best Natural Honey Graham Cereal, in place of golden grahams.

http://www.countrycleaver.com/2012/0...ng-things.html

S'mores Graham Krispie Treats
Yield: 12 BarsPrep

ingredients:
1 bag (8 oz) Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips + 1/4 for topping
1 box (12 0z) Golden Grahams Cereal
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Non-Stick Cooking Spray

directions:
In a 9x9 inch baking pan, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large non-stick pot over medium heat, melt butter. Add in marshmallows and stir together with butter until marshmallows have melted and become creamy. Stir in vanilla extract.

Fold in grahams cereal until all marshmallows and grahams are evenly mixed together. Mix in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Spread treats into sprayed baking pan. Press into pan and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top of the treats, lightly press into top of treats to make sure they stick. Place into fridge for 10 minutes to cool.
