SQ's review says the Emotion is 8 pounds lighter than the Bee but says the Emotion weighs 16 pounds. Doesn't the Bee only weigh 18 pounds??

Nope. See answer above. I did make a typo, though, and rats I forgot to change it. I meant to say 6 pounds lighter.

The only one of those I can comment on is the Pliko Mini. I had one for a very short time and didn't love it. What I *did* love was the fold mechanism, the standing fold, and how it was shorter than most umbrella strollers when folded. But I didn't feel very sturdy and was super plasticky. I'm much happier with the Britax Blink I bought afterwards.

I haven't read through all of the responses, but have you looked at the BJCM? We love ours, and have flown with it.

Is anyone else amused that a week later we are still having this conversation even though the OPer hasn't come back to post again? Apparently all those views and no responses in the first couple of hours turned her right off.

Maybe she went to Baby Center, got 20 responses in 20 seconds, and is now the proud owner of a Graco Metrolite.

Oh, wait, was that too snarky for the BBB?

I'm glad the convo is still going, though, since I'm also looking for a new lightweight.

Good! I have found lots of convos on here useful that I didn't start.

For the first time in my life I am *not* in the market for a lightweight stroller. I am really enjoying my BJCM and I still the Fastfold. Add in the Starck for travel and I'm pretty much lightweighted out.

And I've still got a lightweight to sell!

Or a First years Jet/Ignite...not to diss these strollers but I am sometimes surprised and/or amused to see the stroller rec's on other boards. And the advice givers usually "LOVE" their strollers! Because it has like canopy and a recline, and um, wheels and it folds up too!
(Are we still allowed to blame our snarkiness on baby brain? )

Now that I see that the Emotion is the same weight as the BJCM and they both come in purple, I think I will have a tough time deciding which I'd rather have when I buy a new lightweight. I really like the g-luxe I have but I'm just not an umbrella person and miss the bar handle. I still love the Superlite as an umbrella/AT hybrid.
