Toting BBQ Supplies - Eating Outdoors

This is sort of a cleaning question....

Now that we're BBQing more and eating on the deck....how do you transport items from Kitchen/House to outside and back w/ the least # of trips.

Right now i have a smallish lucite tray but it has short sides.

I'm thinking it's another use for the famous multi-purpose totes from Container Store!

I want to keep paper plates/napkins/utencils, S&P shakers, cups etc...handy at all times then of course another one w/ the condiments and whats needed at that specific meal.
