Looking for a cheap venue in the atlanta area. Wedding os May 18,2013.Budget for reception hall rental is 1200.

First of all, congratulations! I was married in Atlanta in 8/2002. We were married downtown at the Georgia Depot. I am not sure of the cost now, but when we were married there the cost of the hall was "free" but you had to use their catering service. It was reasonable for us because we had a large wedding (300+ guests) There was no or very little minimum depending upon the room/location you chose that they owned. They offered two rooms in the Floyd building downtown, the blue room or the larger room in the Depot. We had the larger room. http://www.statelyevents.com/content/home.asp
