We have the Duo and I think it is fantastic.
However, I cannot figure out how to adjust the shoulder straps for my toddler. She needs for the straps to be at the highest point and they are at the lowest point. The instruction manual says to slide hand up the back and twist the buckle out of the slot. I cannot get my hand up the back enough to even reach the buckle. Is there a trick? Am I doing something wrong? TIA. |

I have a mbduo, and adjusting the strap height is so difficult. I have small hands and getting into the back was already so hard for me, that I try not to ever have to adjust it again. You are doing it right, it is just almost impossible to do it. Sorry for the bad news.

It really is difficult! The only way I have been able to manage it is to put the stroller on my dining room table on its side. Then I am able to reach my hand up between the material to adjust the harness. It is still difficult though. My only MB complaint!

It is awful, I had to really squish my hand up there and contort the stroller and myself, I am forever leaving them at the highest slot.
well hopefully.
