I used some hydrogen peroxide to get out some stains in this MB tee, which is new and has only been washed once. After letting the H2O2 do its job, I washed it as normal and this is how it came out!
I'm thinking maybe the H2O2 reacted with whatever adhesive is used to adhere the backing to the back side of applique t-shirts? But the rip by the shoulder doesn't have any of that backing on it, and it's also not where the stains were (stains were in the center, around the butterflies). Any ideas? My first thought was to call Mini Boden, but I find it hard to imagine this could be a quality issue with the tee...

Yes, I had oxyclean make all the snaps fall out of a HA one piece outfit. HA was fantastic about replacing it. MIL had oxyclean eat a hole in her PJs

Wow, thanks for sharing. I've used H2O2 for stain removal and had no idea it can create holes.
