Is she actually billing you or the lab that ran the test? If the lab is billing you directly it is going to be more complicated to not pay because of her error in ordering the test. The lab will still expect to get paid.

We paid the lab at the time of the test. I'm going to tell her that since it was her mistake I'm going to withhold that amount from what I owe her and I'll send her proof of the amount.
