Default Looking for recs for a kid's ID bracelet

I'm looking for an ID bracelet for my almost 2 and almost 5 yr old DC's for when we go to the beach. Last summer someone in my family had throw-away papery ones which worked well. This year I was looking at personalized silicone style bands, like the Livestrong bands. Here's an example: http://www.kidssafetybands.com/index.htm
Has anyone purchased anything like this for their DC? Any recs appreciated!

We got the Road ID slim in x-small for our boys when we went to Disney.

The good thing about these is that as the boys grow, I can use the engraved ID on a larger bracelet. Larger bracelets can be purchased from Road ID for $1.00 or you could possibly use any silicone bracelet.

The x-small was a touch big for DS2 who is the tiniest 5 year old you've ever seen. So I put it on his ankle - totally worked fine.

HTH!

Default Thank you!

I was going to start a new post but saw that you guys had already come up with exactly what i needed. It happenened today a five(?) year old girl who was a friend of a friends daughter got lost at the beach. We spent an hour looking for her. Thankfully she was found at the lifeguard tower where she was taught to go, we would have found her sooner but the first two towers were closed so she kept going till she found an open one, almost a mile away. Her father told me she has her home address and a cell number memorized also. My DS is only 2. I am buying a bracelet tonight! Thanks both for the links, having the perfect solution. Im going to get a live strong, room for more info, parents and grandparents. Should i put home address or just phone numbers im a little leary of putting too much info on there?

Thanks! I'm totally going to get these for DS1 and DS2! DS1 is in summer camp right now and each Friday they go on a "big" field trip to an amusement park like Magic Mountain, Raging Waters, and even Disneyland. He'll be 9 next month and has never liked amusement parks the last 2 years of summer camp but this year he's going on the Friday trips and I've been worried about him getting lost. I lost him a the zoo for 15 minutes just a few weeks ago and was freaking out. I definitely need something like this for him!
