Great experience with Wayfair.com CS

Just wanted to share that wayfair.com is wonderful! We ordered DS's Pali crib, dresser set from them and when it was delivered the crib was scratched and the dresser was broke. The gladly shipped us replacements after sending pictures showing the damage. We even got an "extra" perk from them to compensate for the problems. DH even said to make sure I send the rep we were talking to a thank you because everything got taken care of and that he'd buy from there again. for DH to say that, they must be great, because he has no patience when things go wrong and usually swears he won't go back.
