Default Quest for socks that stay on

My daughter is quite a kicker, and at 6 months, we are rapidly running out of socks that will stay on her feet. Can anyone recommend a good stay-put brand, and tell me where to find them? Or is there a sock alternative? (We live in Virginia so we don't need anything too warm and fuzzy)

Gymboree socks are excellent quality---I don't purchase anything else now. I have two sons with big feet (our second son who is 3 months now is wearing the 12-24 months size). These wear extremely well. I tried Old Navy, Baby Gap and others on our first son----these didn't wear well enough for me to even keep as hand me downs. And they do stay on---we also had problems with the oldest keeping socks on but not with number two since switching!

Old Navy. They have the triple roll style. They have worked best for my son who has been a very active kicker since day one. The price is pretty good, too- I think $4.50 for 3.
