Infant outerwear?
Help! How do you dress a baby for winter? I keep reading that thick outerwear isn't safe in the carseat, but I live in Boston. It's COLD here! I would never leave the house in the winter without a coat, no matter how warm the car is, because inevitably I'm going to be outside some of the time. Can you veteran moms give me any ideas for keeping Abby warm AND safe?

There was a thread related to this in the past couple of months... Lots of recommendations for fleece coverups for babies - Lands End is one source. Fleece is much thinner and fits well in the car seats. You might want to search for the thread for more suggestions!
