Default Would you put this Gymbo girls sweater on a boy?

I know this is from the girl's Whale Watching line but this was recently listed on ebay in the Unisex catagory (otherwise I would have never seen it). I think it's a really cute sweater that I think would be cute on a boy or girl. But I guess I'm wondering 1) Is there anything specific about the sweater that says 'GIRL!' that I'm not noticing? and 2) Is everybody who is familiar with Gymbo lines going to say "Why did you put a girl's sweater on a little boy!?!?"

I'm no Gymbo expert, but I think this is a unisex sweater. I actually think it looks a little bit more boy by itself, but put a few accessories and it can be girl. So go for it!

I think it would adorable for a boy! My only question...in the deep recesses of my memory I'm thinking that the water coming out of the spout might be a shiny, sparkly type thread. That doesn't say "girl" to me but might to you. I would email the seller to find out if that's important to you. :)

I didn't read the subject correctly and when the picture first came up, I thought it was a little boy's sweater. I think it will look fine.

LOL! I have that sweater for dd. I decided it was too boyish and was going to ebay it. Then I thought "What if for some insane reason I have another child and it's a boy??!! So I decided to keep it. Obviously I think it would look great on a little boy.

Thanks everyone! Denise - glad you mentioned the possibility of sparkly threads. I think I may email the seller to find out for sure. Although, not sure that would stop me from bidding anyway!

I would *totally* put that on my son! That's so cute!! (And it's red, not pink, right? I love red on my babe!)
