Hi,
I thought that you ladies might be able to help me with my question. Last week I redeemed my gymbucks and one of the things that I got was a knit pair of navy pants with the ruffles at the hem. I just finshed washing them and when I got them out of the dryer I noticed that they are discolored all over the thigh area of the back of one of the legs. It almost looks like bleach has been splashed on them, but there wasn't because this was done with a load of darks and I never had bleach anywhere near the pants. My daughter has never even worn the pants. My question is can I return them? It make me sick that she never even wore them and now they are ruined. Nothing else (including other new Gymbo stuff) in this load of wash has any stains or problems. Any advise would be appreciated! Thanks, Paige |

Paige,
You should have no problem returning them. Just go to the store and explain what happened and that they must be defective. They should return them for you at FULL PRICE. That is their policy, although I hear that they don't adhere to it from time to time. If they give you any problems at all (my store wouldn't, but I've heard about some stores not being so friendly), ask for their district manager's phone number. HTH! |
