It's adorable!! Picked this up last week and finally it was cool enough to try it on yesterday. I know there was a thread about this sweater, but don't remember seeing anyone's little one trying it on. Anyway, when I bought it I thought I would end up returning it b/c I don't like to pay full price for anything, but there's no way that sweater is going back now that I've seen it on. DD was wearing her navy velour Gymbo leggings and I think the sweater looks pretty cute with those. What do you think? I think it will also look good with khakis and would look great with cords (but we don't have any and don't really need anymore pants right now). Would also be cute with a cord skirt too.
Do you think it can be worn all winter? That's my only hesitation with keeping it is if it's too Christmasy. Well, that and the fact that everyone will think she's a boy, but I'm used to that by now. DD was not being the most cooperative model, but I was able to snap a few decent shots. http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/16394.jpg http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/16395.jpg http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/16396.jpg |

Your DD looks so cute in that sweater. It's a keeper, for sure! We have a Gymboree long sleeve tee from last year with a snowman and we already started wearing it. Well, we have heavy snow here already too!

It's so funny you posted this because I just bought this sweater yesterday, and am debating whether or not it will look good in his Xmas photos.
I don't think it looks too Christmasy - I'm planning on him wearing it all winter. I think your DD looks adorable in it! Here are a couple pics of DS - he can't stand on his own yet so I had to do my best. :-) I paired it with khaki cords and a white turtleneck (which you can't really see), but I also think it will be cute with jeans. http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/16397.jpg http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/16398.jpg

Thanks. Your DS looks really cute too. I think it will be a good sweater for holiday pics-I think I'm going to use it for our card, don't know if I'll get portraits done or not.

My Mom just bought this sweater for Patrick (what a nice Grandma!). I'll start him wearing it in about 2 weeks and I think I'll plan on having him wear it at least until January 1, maybe until the end of January. Your DD looks adorable in it!

Your dd is a cutie. I say the sweater is more "wintery" than "Christmasy". I would use it all winter for sure.

Too funny!! I just picked this up last week for my baby too!! It's so cute and a great price!! My neighbor picked it up for her son also! I haven't decided yet if we're going to use it in the Christmas card pic or not...I have 4 outfits for the girls and a couple of different options for him..my Mom's the photographer, so she'll have final say on what they wear!! LOL!!
I'm actually planning on pairing the sweater with the light blue HA wiggle pants...believe it or not, it looks really good with them because of the blue in the scarf! I can't bring myself to put him in real pants yet..heck, Ava is 16 mos, and I just bought her a pair of jeans!! LOL!! And I took them off of her the other day because I just didn't feel that she was as comfy or could move as well as her knit pants!! So, that has been my challenge..finding knit pants to go with some of these cute sweaters for Luke! your daughter is beautiful! :) |

Ok I must have this sweater. I love it and I love the look with the navy velor legging which I just happen to own. This board is killing me. Could one of you please tell me how the talbot sizes run? I can't decide between a 12 mo or the 18 since dd is almost 21 lbs. I think the 12 mo is ok unless talbots stuff runs small.
The pictures completely destroyed any will power I might have. They both look soo cute and this allows me to justify the purchase by saying that my future kids will be able to wear it regardless of gender. LOL!

In the past I have found Talbots Kids to run extremely small. My DD has a couple of shirts in 18M that I don't think will fit her for too much longer. She's 11 months, about 30 inches and 21 lbs (around 50th-60th percentile).

ABSOLUTELY Beautiful. I love snowmen. Snowmen depict winter to me....they can be holiday too, but I definately don't see that sweater as being limited to just Christmas. Great selection. I think I want it..does it come in adult sizes? :)
