Thoughts on Hanna's (new stuff, code, big sale, etc) & other babbling

Hey everyone! I haven't fogotten you guys. I lurk and post occasionally, but I'll come clean and admit that my clothing obsessions have been on J&J and Naartjie lately, so I've been spending my online time on the specific boards for those brands over at GR. But I do check in here. Quick update on me: DH is STILL gone and was supposed to be home sometime this week and now he won't be home till early July...MAYBE. We just never know around here. Needless to say, I'm BUSY with my 3 little ones at home.

Okay, to get to the point. Hanna! When does everyone think new stuff will come out? Any rumors of late Summer items or early Fall. I'm almost certain Hanna does a late summer catalog with a few new items and Fall preview stuff. It just seems like it's been FOREVER since we were all on here pacing for the new Spring/Summer stuff and posting our favorites. Doesn't it? And then, of course, the "BIG" June sale is creeping up on us. I've been following just a few iems online to see if they stick around for the sale in the sizes I would want. I'm happy to see there is a decent selection of baby playdresses still left. I never did get the Rose After Rose romper though and now it's sold out in the size I would want (70). I'm wondering if I could track one down through a store or through my BBB pals? Does anyone know the exact dates of the sale?

And my final thought was about the elusive Hanna code. LOL We haven't had one since, what, December? Or was it January? All I know is that it has been a REALLY long time. I did end up placing an order at the end of April and another in early May for playdresses in colors/sizes I want, the Stars and Stripes PJ's, some roomy rompers, shorts and a polo for Huey, 2 bucket hats and believe it or not...clothes for ME! It was hard enough placing those Hanna orders without the code, but I'm trying to hold out hope that they will throw a code out to us for Fall/Winter stuff. Whiel my latest loves have been Naartjie and J&J, I ALWAYS go back to Hanna for my favorite stuff for the kids.

I am very backlogged on sharing pics of some of my favorite summer fashions. I hope to eventually get caught up on that. Also, my birthday was this past weekend and my VERY sweet hubby surprised me with the latest model of the digital camera that I've been drooling over forever. I need to take a look at this photo challenge you are all participating in and play along...once my camera gets here. I'm still waiting for it to arrive. And on that note...I'm also awaiting a Gymbo, a J&J and a Naartjie package right now. Oooops! LOL

Glad to see you here and there (GR)! I hope your DH comes home soon! I am hitting Hanna this weekend with the hopes they have started marking things down for the June sale....

After waiting and waiting to order from Hanna, I finally ordered just the other day. It's gotten pretty hot here and Parker was still wearing his winter ljs so I got him some short johns, a short zipper for AG, and one pair of pants and a matching tee for me. I've gotten the shipping notice but they haven't come yet. The short johns online were practically all sold out in his size (130)!! I couldn't believe it! I ended up calling all the outlets and getting two pairs from them and then the stars & stripes one from the catalog. I guess that's what I get for waiting. :(
