Default Abbe Designs co-op reviews?

Did anyone order bows during that co-op. How did you like them? Which size did you get? How long did it take to receive your order? Would you order again? Once I get a nice amount of fall shopping done, I'll be looking for matching bows. Thanks for any info!

I ordered a ton of them! I have been keeping them for "special" occasions, so Alia has only worn a few. But we purchased the toddler size. I love them. I put DD's hair in a little pony tail type thing on top of her head (in a band) and then slip in the bow. It looks adorable. I can't remember how long it took for our order - maybe a few weeks? I would certainly order again. The quality is great!

I actually purchased two of about 18 different colors. I don't normally put DD's hair in two pig tails, but figured (a) if I did I had two matching bows and (b) I'm having another girl, so if they are wearing matching outfits I can do matching bows. I also purchased another one with the center knot of a different color because we were going to a wedding where I wanted to match a particular dress.

I would recommend getting the ribbon holder though. I'm so worried they will get crushed that I still have the ribbons on their little cards in the box they came in!

Oh, and each one came individually wrapped in tissue paper. It was so much fun to open all of them.

I ordered a pair, a headband, and a ribbon holder. I love the pair (toddler size I think) although I think they're larger than I would put on her hair now. Then again, I don't care much for the bow-head look where the bow covers half the girl's head. The bows are superior quality and I believe they took a few weeks, as she stated they would when I first placed my order. I also ordered the grosgrain ribbon color card and I plan to order more. I'm going to try the infant size next.

The ribbon holder is awesome. I don't care much for the bow headband and that might have to do with the size of the band being too thick for dd's head (she does have a tiny, i.e., less than 5 percentile on the charts, head). HTH!

I would be ashamed to tell you how many bows I have now purchased. I started out by buying tons of pairs of the toddler bows b/c we were really into pigtails. In the meantime, however, I've really taken to pulling the top of her hair back and using one of the medium bows. This meant that I had to re-order many of those colors in the medium bow since I only had a couple. My DD wears the bows every day, it's sort of her signature look ;). I can't say enough about the quality of her bows, they are just beautiful and make such a simple, classy look IMO.

Oh I forgot to add that I recently also ordered several more medium bows with my DD's name on them and I *love* them and we get tons of questions and compliments when she wears them.

Thanks for the info everyone! What would you say the size difference is between the toddler and medium bows? DD usually wears 3inch for pigtails and 3.5 for a single bow. Anything bigger looks a little too big right now.
