?? about Gymbucks redemption

Has anyone ordered online and sent in the Gymbucks by mail for redemption? Just wondering how long it takes to get the credit back on my credit card. TIA

Forever! LOL Both times I have done on-line redemption, it took over 3 weeks. I just got mine the last few days and I sent it in while redemption was still going on.

Someone on another board said they have a whole box full of receipts to go through. If you are concerned, you can always call them and they can tell you if they have it. Thank goodness gymbucks will be electronic from now on and we won't have to deal w/ this anymore.
