Bad experience with Hugs N Kisses - cross post from Cyberbaby

Somebody posted earlier this week about cheap Primigi's shoes.
I had pretty bad experience with them.
I ordered a pair of Primigi's shoes and some more items. As you understand the most important part of the order were the shoes.
I got my order today; no shoes and also another item was missing. I was not notified that they're not going to send the shoes. To make the matter worse they also charged me for shipping! The original charge that was done didn't include shipping. They refunded the difference minus shipping charge!
Anyway I contacted the seller and wanted to return whatever I got and he refused saying it was final sale. I said that if I would know they out of shoes I would cancel the order.

Oh No! I'm so sorry :( ...I was the one who posted the original post about the sale on the Umis (I guess they had some Primigis as well, as it looked like they were clearing inventory). Shipping charges actually showed up on my invoice when I placed the order, so I wasn't surprised, but I did notice they had to manually reduce the charge of shipping on the invoice I received (charged me $7.50 for two pairs of shoes vs. $9.50 that was originally on the invoice). It sounds like they were ill-prepared for a sale and they certainly didn't treat you well at all...

I have to admit, I'm always apprehensive when I find an on-line boutique that offers to ship because I think they just don't have the ability to keep up with their ordering system and inventory.
