Difference btwn Boden cord sailing and cord baggy boys pants

Can anyone tell me the basic difference between these two cord pants? We ordered the red sailing and love love them and would like to get more but like the baggy colors better. Thank you.

I haven't tried the sailing ones yet this fall for my ds, but had to send back the baggies because they were way too baggy. My ds is not particularly slim (42.75" and 40.5 lbs.), but he is a little narrow through the hips. The baggies just looked silly on him. I'm hoping the sailing trousers are cut slimmer. I'm planning to give them a try with my next order.
