Questions w/ ordering from HA outlet - Please help!!

1. How is shipping charged?

2. Do you ask them to find specific pattern/sizes or are they willing to tell you all pattern/sizes that are available?

I have 6 kids ranging from size 60-120(girls) & 130-160(boys) so I'm not sure if they are willing to work w/ me for a while. I'm thinking of buying 2 (LJs or zippers) for each size.

I've had good luck w/ the outlets especially when I've called at off-peak hours. Quickly explain your sitation and what you're looking for and they'll let you know what they have in stock after a quick search.

Shipping is simple and based on how much you spend. Its the same rates as listed in the catalog.

I've always tried to call in the afternoon. I worked as retail store manager throughout college and 1:30-4 was always our dead time. Right before close (half an hour) can also be a slow time as well.

I've found that when sales are going on like today though its really tough getting through at anytime--I'm so frustrated Alberville won't answer their phone and WA promised to call me back almost 2 hours ago. I found $5 zippers at both yesterday (everyone else was sold out) so I figured they're the least busy.

I called IN and they were really helpful. I've ordered from them today in the past where they just look at what is available and describe it to me. Today I spent $100 including shipping and got 3 dresses size 80 for $10 each, 1 110 Boys LJ, & 3 80/90 girls zippers.

Thank you. I just called IN and they were wonderful. I got 3 tee's for DS at $5 a piece (80s), 2 playdresses for $10 each (70s), wiggle pants in red, pink, and purple striped for $5 a piece and a pink floppy hat. My only real disappointment is that there weren't any sunhats in DS size.

I'm excited I bought 18 pieces of Hanna clothes this week and came in a little over $200 including tax and shipping. Would have been far less but 4 of the items were zippers at $18.
