Default recommend brands for big / chubby baby clothes

My 4 month old daughter is big - 95th percentile for weight (16 lbs 9 ounces) and 90th for height (25 1/4"). I bought her some 6-12 month size Old Navy jeans and the waist is already really tight on her buddha belly. Any recommendations for clothng brands that work well for chubby babies?

Gymboree is sized very generously and cut wider throught IMO. I find old navy to run the slimmest of all the brands, and is great for thin babies.

Hanna Andersson would be a great choice - their wiggle pants are generously-sized and their clothes are cut roomier in general.

I can only get my chub chub daughter into boys jeans. But she hates them. Stick to leggings and one piece stretchy rompers. Much easier and you don't have to fight the pudge!! Gymbo runs generous. If you get the target brands, go up a size or 2. DD can wear 3T in the circo brand, she can still fit into 18-24 month gymbo, and is a 2T in pretty much everything else. I bought her 90's HA for the spring... can't wait to see her in HA!!

Good luck!

My extremely chubby and long torsoed baby fits best in Lands End and Hanna. Both are sized quite generously. Also, Children's Place pajamas with feet (search stretchie) are good night options if you don't use a sack. We stopped buying Gap and Old Navy for that very reason.
