We don't have kids, but a lot of our friends do, and they all fall in love with the big red swing hanging from our oak tree. The red plank is held on to the swing frame with sturdy locked carribeaners, but is unsuitable for infants because it's just a flat board.
I'm considering picking up a used baby seat attachment at a garage sale, but a friend of mine said you have to get one new because a lot of the old ones were recalled for dumping babies out on their noggins. Any truth to this? Without kids of my own I'd prefer not to buy a new baby seat. |

I'm not familiar with that recall, but you can always check the CPSC's web site (www.cpsc.com) to see. I think buying new would be prudent.
