Stinky Diaper Genie

Help! Despite emptying it on a regular basis, spraying with Lysol and wiping with a bleach/water solution, my Diaper Genie is really starting to smell horrible! The odors really started when my little one started on solid foods a few weeks ago. I thought this wonderful invention was supposed to contain the odors... Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have soaked mine in a bleach/water solution in the tub for a few hours and that will get the smell out for a few weeks. I have also put a Stick-up inside and that didn't do much.
