What are we getting our 2 1/2-3 year olds for Christmas?

Believe it or not, I got it at my local children's resale shop NIB. However, I have looked it up on ebay and have seen them, also NIB, for a really good deal, I think. It is by Battat. If you look up Battat Tree House in one of those Buy It Now stores on eBay, it is only $70 plus shipping right now.

We may be getting Sarah a dollhouse with some of the furnishings. I didn't know if she'd be ready, but she has been making a bee-line for them whenever we see one, so it may be time.

We're also considering getting some nice musical instruments. I know there have been some good threads on those, so I'll have to do a search.

Was this a recent co-op? Was it through the this website? I am wondering whether or not there would be enough interest on the board for a co-op for the BBB ladies. Do you mind telling us how much you paid? Just wondering if the co-op price would be worth pursuing.
