Looking for site like Oriental Trading but not Oriental Trading

I'm looking for party favors and I remember someone posted a while back about a store in their area that had good prices on little toys to use for favors. The store had a website and I checked it out and found a good deal of lots of little construction trucks. But now I can't find the site. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I don't remember the thread, but we are also working on party favors (ours are cowboy!) and we also checked this site. A LOT like Oriental.
