Default Do you buy California Baby in a gallon or half-gallon size?

We've used CA Baby since DS was a newborn and I'm hooked. I know they sell it in Target now but was wondering since we seem to go through it quickly enough if I should buy it in a half-gallon or gallon size. Very hard to swallow the price on the gallon size even though it probably makes sense in the long run?

Default Is CA Baby tear free?

Sorry to hijack! I noticed that Target was carrying it now and I've always wanted to try it. Is the scented body shampoo tear free?

Thanks!

I would definitely buy the California Baby stuff in a gallon size if I could find it, have you found a retailer that has containers that large? I love their products, but I hate that the containers are all so small and my kids go through them so fast.

And yes, I believe that all of their products are tear free.

The only place I have found is the CA website: californiababy.com

The galloon of Calming Shampoo & Bodywash is $112.90 (gulp) and the half gallon is $67.20. They also have conditioner, bubble-bath, etc. in large containers.

Default What other sunscreens come in bulk?

We are going thru tons of sunscreen these days and I am goig to go broke!
We usually use the regular Coppertone Sport 50 SPF. Anyone know if that comes in bulk? My kids seem fine using it or the Coppertone Kids.

Also, anyone know of a stick sunscreen that comes in 50 SPF? I can only find 30 and DD who is a fair redhead needs more than 30.

TIA
Betsy

I buy the tired and cranky bubble bath and find buying the 13 oz bottles from drugstore.com a little cheaper than buying even the gallon size from CB. Ten bottles from drugstore.com would be $106.90 for 130 oz and a gallon (134 oz) from CB is $110.59. I usually order 5 bottles at a time to get the free shipping on $50 or more.

HTH!

Maryann,

I went with Babycenter.com which has the cheapest price I have seen on the 17.5 oz bottle ($14.88). If you buy 7 bottles for 122oz the cost is $104.16 *and* you qualify for Free Shipping w/ a special promo of Free Shipping over $49. Also if you go through fatwallet.com you can get 5% Cash Back from Baby Center.

HTH,

Janine,

I found that babycenter has cheaper prices

http://store.babycenter.com/product/...h.do?asc=false

But if you continue to go w/ Drugstore you can get 7% cash back through fatwallet.com OR 5% Cash back from Baby Center.

Baby Center often has promos and sales which would make the products even cheaper.

HTH,

Default SPF 50 Stick---Hawaian Tropic (available at Drugstore.com)

Betsy,

Here is an SPF 50 Sunscreen Stick by Hawaian Tropic sold at drugstore.com:

http://www.drugstore.com/products/pr...BUY-PLST-0-CAT

This one had *great* reviews but I have no personal experience.

Here is the full list (5 pages) from Drugstore:

Hope this helps,
