Default Suggestions for really fun outdoor play space for preschooler?

I would like to get a couple things for DD (3 yo) to play with and do outdoors (patio). I'm thinking an easel for painting and an activity table. We already have a small water table.

What do you have? Or what do you think would be great as a "dream" playspace? I would love to have something that would make our house super fun for playdates!

How much space do you have? We have the Little Tikes bounce house that I often drag out for playdates. It is always a hit with the kids and it tires the kids out so it is a hit with the moms, too!

We have year round outside weather so we have a lot of outdoor toys. You can find those plastic stacking chairs for kids for $2 at dollar general. Those are great to pair with a activity table because they can be squirted or wiped down.
We have an easel, trike, cozy coupe, water table and sand box and on our patio. The push lawn mower also gets a lot of love.

For a "dream" play space I would like a playstand and a lot of covered storage so stuff doesn't get icky.
