Britax Infant Car Seat - Handle With Care

Has anyone used the Britax infant car seat - the Handle With Care? We would like to use this seat since it is one of the only infant seats which can be secured (rear-facing) with a tether and we have been very happy with our older son's Britax Roundabout. Our only concern is the ease of use in terms of removing the car seat from the car (and re-installing it) for use as a carrier. Any input would be appreciated.
