Default Two foam pieces at the bottom of Britax DC--I removed them

Were those EPS? Should I have not removed them? I can't figure out how to get them back in, I don't remember exactly where I took them from. Help!

Were they on the bottom in between the cover and the plastic shell? If so, I don't think you were supposed to remove them, but you may want to call CS tomorrow morning to make sure.

Also, how are the harness straps adjusting for you?

You were definitely supposed to leave them there...When you put them back in, the rounded corners go at the top front, and one of the 2 pieces is a little smaller, since the permabook/manual is supposed to be rolled up and stuck in there.

Oh LORD! I put them back but they'll never be as tight as they once were (I can tell because when I look at the ones in the Wizard that I never removed, those are tighter). But I know for sure I put them back correctly (by comparing to the Wizard). Yikes--is this ok?

I feel like such an ass, yet I'm sure I'm not the first person to do this.

Thanks so much

Teri, it's not installed and we only had her in there for a minute, so I can't tell yet. I'll let you know.
