when do the new Britax models come out?

I think someone said Sept?? wondering when to get a boulevard. DD is 9mo and 26 3/4 in and nearly 18lbs. I have the BT rigid lock infant seat that goes to 29in so I have some time. I'm trying to figure out when I'll get the best deal. Dont really care about colors etc.

While I'm at it, the seat has the movable headrest that extends- is the rule still that her head has to be 1in below the shell or 1in below the movable headrest??

They are clearancing out the old covers now, actually...try www.albeebaby.com. There's nothing special coming out as far as I know...nothing really new or exciting... (I'm in the same boat... my 6 mo is beginning to creep out of her infant seats, but I don't know whether to look for a bargain now or wait..I was hoping they'd come out with a Boulevard/Decathlon Hybrid, lol).

As for the LL, I'd use it till her head is about one inch to the top of the seat shell...the shell has more protective structure than the headrest, I believe.

I too was hoping for a BV/DC hybrid to perhaps replace some seats...
I want one with ...
BV Latch
DC adjuster
BV wings
DC padding
and MARATHON FABRIC CHOICES!!!

And maybe one more lower harness height setting to truly accomodate newborns and smaller infants ...

Hmmm and maybe a recline mechanism for forward facing like the Priori has ...


Shoot! While they're at it - why not add some seat belt guides and make it a REALLY AWESOME 3 in 1 seat!!!

At the very least, they need a DC or BV in cowmooflage ...
That would satisfy me! LOL


Britax needs an e-mail address for people to contact them at - that way I could put in my cowmoo BLVD/DC request on a daily basis instead of just when I call them!
