Hi everyone - I am looking for anyone w/ any experience w/ the Maclaren quest- I haven't found it at any baby stores ( only the daytripper @ BRU). Anyway - I was wondering if anyone could give me their IRL opinions. I love the look of it, but I wonder how functional it is for a SAHM in Suburbia. I am in need of a lightweight stroller to balance out my Peg Venezia. Thanks!

I bought the Quest stroller without seeing it, and was very happy with it. We bought ours for international travel, but have ended up using it as our take any where mall stroller as well. IT steers really easily and I really like the handles. Our baby napped in it with the seet reclined and we really liked the extendable foot rest. THe best thing about it is the weight!!! The only draw back is that you can't access the basket when the seat is reclined, and that the sun canopy is kind of useless. Other than that it is a great stroller!!

I think the quest is a great model as a lightweight to your venezia. It's not stripped down still gives you some features{legrest/recline}
Maclarens in general are easy to steer and fold and are light and compact. As said already the basket is hard to access when in full recline and the hoods are not large, they also are prone to being tippy so you do have to be careful of what is placed on the handles but overall they make great 2nd strollers. ;)
