question about accessories for e3 v2, any owners who can help?

I'm wondering if there is a double storm cover for the e3 v2, didn't see one on Rodney's website.

Also, is the storm cover see through plastic? My DS hates the Zippy's storm cover because it's almost all navy fabric, he freaks out when I use it. So I'm hoping this one is clear.

And the cocoon. A worthwhile purchase for the newborn? My baby is due end of July, so I'm wondering if it's too hot for a summer baby to use, or if it's lightweight... I can't tell.

I tried to call Rodney about this stuff but haven't heard back. If anyone has any input I'd appreciate it! TIA

Yes, the Kiwi's storms covers are clear vinyl. I use the single cover and Gabe actually likes it. :)

The cocoon is FABULOUS! Very lightweight, very comfy. Has all kinds of buckles to secure it in. Sharp looking! LOVE it!

The double storm cover is wonderful, too. Clear vinyl.

Can you describe how the double storm cover looks/fits? I can't picture how it would work. Does it come down over the back of the stroller? There is only a picture of the single one at kiwi-kid. I'm thinking about getting the double cover for my V1, but I'd just like to know how it works first.
