Default Differences in a 2003 P3 vs. a 2004 P3

DH has decided on a P3 to keep in his truck. He likes the 2003 model in Bella Vista, which I have had trouble finding online. Are there any features on the 2004 strollers that weren't on the 2003's? We're trying to find one under $200, since we're also getting the Valco and Zippy, although after hearing how well the Valco performs at the mall, I'm considering not even getting the Zippy.

I just saw a 2002/2003 on ebay in this print. Its new in the box. Here's the link:

Its got a starting bid of $140, but only has 1 plus days left. You might be able to get it at that price if no one else bids.

The auction says plikomatic so it's not the P3.Just don't want the orginal poster to be disappointed.Good deal for a pliko though.
