Graco Snugride and P3 w/ Bumper bar

I saw a P3 Completo for sale on ebay and I was wondering, can the Graco Snugride be placed in a P3 with a bumper bar rather than a snack tray?

Also is $350 a good price for a completo in Safari (one of the new 2005 colors)? The completo includes the boot as well as the rain cover.

I don't think you can use the seat w/a bumber bar, but not 100% sure. Ususally the seats grooves rest on the edge of the tray, I would think the bumber bar would be too thick. You could probably order a tray direct from Peg to use instead of the bumber bar. I don't know about the deal, someone else may have a better idea, I have been focusing primarily on very basic P3's w/out accessories.
