Disapointed in my Mac, new and problems

I jsut recently bought a Mac Quest 04 from Albee baby in NYC. It was delivered very quickly, Albee has been great. I noticed the first time I used the rain guard that the fabric trim was not sewn to the plastic on part of it so there was an open area rain could get in. I just took the stroller away with us this weekend, the first real time we have used it, I took it to the mall one and the grocery store to try it out. I pulled the leg extenders, which are why I got hte quest since dd is still little, and the plastic end peice came off in my hand. I also think it steers funny. The front right wheels seem to rattle a lot if it's not the smoothest surface. I think the ones i test drove pushed nicer. I guess I need to call Albee again, or is this something I go right to Mac with? I just expected more from them.
How do I report to the Fields?

See if Albees will send you a replacement. Definitely easier than dealing with Maclaren...but their customer service has greatly improved of late.
