When I was pregnant with DS, I got the Graco Metrolite stroller because I didn't know any better. I hated it after about 4 months -- poor steering, hated the seat recline, etc. So then I got the Mac Triumph. It works ok for us -- I like the style, how it is lightweight, etc. I don't like the fact that it tips over easily when I take my son out of the seat. It's especially annoying when I'm shopping and have my Skip Hop bag on the back and it keeps tipping over. Now with an infant, I got the Valco Twin Runabout for when I have them out together, but I decided I want to replace the single stroller with something more sturdy and tipfree (is that a word? LOL)
The features I'm looking for are: Lightweight -- I don't want a 25 lb stroller but I'm stilling to go up to 18-20 lbs if I really like it a decent storage basket -- something I can put a couple shopping bags into at the mall or DS's toys. The Triumph basket can be hard to access sometimes Attached canopy -- living in So. CA I need a canopy pretty much all the time. Comfortable handles and steering -- I don't want handles that make my hands ache after 30 minutes, and I don't want to have to use my entire body to turn the stroller around the corner! I'd prefer to have a swinging/removeable bar/snack tray in front too. Cupholders are a definite plus, but I can always add one on if I like the other features. Am I asking for too much? My budget for this one is going to be pretty low since I splurged on the Valco, so I can't go for the P3 or anything like that. I can go up to about $150, but less would defintely be better, especially since this stroller won't be getting too much use (I'll have both kids with me most of the time). Please help me! LOL

Here's some off the top of my head...
-britax preview (no child tray though) or forerunner (has a tray) -zooper waltz (also no child tray- the 2005 models are under $150) -a combi, the savvy soho or city savvy -Chicco cortina One good thing about the P3's are that they have a toddler step for your toddler to stand on. There are P3's at albee baby for $200 right now if you can stretch it, or maybe you can find a gently used one on strollerswap?
