Valco Runabout or Phil and Teds SP?

Help! I am making DH crazy with my indecisiveness over a Valco Runabout Tri-Mode with toddler seat versus a Phil and Teds Sport with the doubles kit. I have read every review I can find, here and elsewhere. Seems to be a "six-of-one, half-dozen-of-the-other" type thing, depending on what your personal preference is on the location of the second seat. Is that all there is to it? I obviously want to see them both in person but that could be a challenge as we live in the boondocks. In the meantime, I would love to hear thoughts from anyone who has seen both in person or who has recently made this decision.
